For all users to work efficiently with OpenIMS they can receive training.

 

In order to achieve the best possible result the trainees will receive customized training. This training will simulate the real situation users can expect during their daily working routine. The goal of the training is to teach all trainees to learn to work with the application conforming their own working environment and procedures. This will result into a much more efficient training.

 

The first training will be 4 hours in week 1, this training will be continued for another 4 hours in week 2 (or later). The time in between can be used by trainees for self study and further familiarizing with the application. This way the second training will be much more productive and interactive, resulting in a higher learning curve (see pictures).

 

 

Pre-assesment

Based on our experience combined with unique characteristics of your organization the training can be customized. There is also the possibility for differentiating based on trainees background, current function and/or experience.

 

Studieplan

A detailed studieplan will be put together in the course of the project. Classes are minimal 6 – maximal 12 trainees.

 

Location

Location is at customer local offices normally. If a suitable trainings location is unavailable another location will be choosen.
